Elwynor Technologies offers a variety of exciting MUD (multi-user dungeon), ANSI RPG (role-playing games), and text IF (interactive fiction) games for the Worldgroup system.

MUD games are still very popular on the Internet, and can provide a nice stream of income, or, contributions toward your operational costs. While there are lots of MUD programs to choose from, we feel that our products offer a higher degree of gameplay and fun!

MUD Games

The first "MUD" was a multi-user version of "Dungeon", which later became the basis for Infocomm's Zork I, II, and III. Therefore, early MUDs were text adventure games, now known as interactive fiction. Most Mudders now, though, think of text-based role-playing games (RPGs) when they think MUD, where characters gain experience and the game never truly ends.

Wilderlands II

The sequel to the original WilderLands! This is the most dynamic and enthralling RPG available. Includes the ability to add rooms, items, and monsters online. In addition you have the ability to to use our proprietary programming language to create quests, and manipulate virtually any game objects, and attributes. InFiNiTy CoMpLeX

It's Back! One of the most sought-after and most played games for the MBBS/WG platform, InFiNiTy CoMpLeX is a game where the player collects weaponry and weapons parts and tries to avoid being killed by the Commies who roam the complex screaming insane things. Players can form teams and claim team rooms. Players who do not exit in a team or player room will roam the complex themselves. Master Control, a slightly crazed computer, runs the complex, directing weaponry shipments and influencing your fate. (Formerly Parallax)

Lost Caverns (a/k/a MUD Magic)

Not necessarily a MUD game as much as a MUD construction Kit - allows you to build a MUD from the ground up, and assign users abilities to add rooms, weapons, monsters, and more - all of the aspects of a MUD game. Set up a game and run it forever, or setup multiple games and swap them in and out over time. The possibilities are nearly limitless. (Formerly Cheersoft, Computerized Horizons)

Erotica

ANSI RPG Games

ANSI RPG Games are similar to MUDs in that they're role-playing games. The difference is that they have a small ANSI screen with either a still image, or an ANSI screen used for navigation around the world! This brings more visual stimulation to the traditional MUD.

Oltima 2000: The Quest for the Holy Grail

A half-screen ANSI RPG, Oltima 2000 has the player searching for and ultimately battling the 7 dragons who stole pieces of the city of Cardonia's Holy Grail. There are over 20 worlds and 1000 NPCs. (Formerly Tessier)

Legends: In Search of Dragons

Legends is a Role Playing game engine which leaves you in charge of creating your own world. It features 1/4 screen ANSI overhead views, with test descriptions. Includes the ability to add rooms monsters, and items online. In addition, you can create scripts which can help in creating your own quests and scenerios. (Formerly Wilderland Software)

Worlds of Darkness

Interactive Fiction Games

Interactive Fiction is the new term for text adventure games. These are similar to MUDs in interface, but differ in that they have a set solution, and can be "solved". More of the focus is on puzzle solving rather than battle.

Peyennuu Series

This series of games is set in the world of Peyennuu. They are among the very first adventure games developed for the platform.

Quest for Magic

The world of Peyennuu was a meeting place for wizards, warlocks, alchemists, and dragons. But ever since the evil Duke of Drajorth stole or destroyed most of the known magical incantations, the world of Peyennuu has slowly eroded from a prosperous paradise into a poverty-stricken wasteland. Sorcerer's Isle
