Command Center

History

Once people figured out that the few limited global commands offered by Galacticomm and a few other vendors as source code hack add-ons for v5.x were quite popular and potentially powerful, they began to develop major globals packages that allowed users to do everything. One of the more popular packages was Logicom's Command Center. Built in 1994, it allowed users to do everything from look up information, globally chat, and even had Sysop functions.

Command Center was sold to Soft Arts in 1997.

Utility Information

Offers dozens of global commands to your users. Telegrams, global chat, broadcasts, log on/off messages are just a few of Command Center's many features. Over 90 global commands. Sysop utilities for global class/key changes, suspensions, etc. Complete help for all commands, all commands have their own "key" for access control, users have ability to rename each global command, lists of new and recent callers, HTML lists and much more.

Usage

All commands were globally accessible. The command was entered at any prompt! The command prefix was configurable as well.
