NT Era Independent Software Vendors (ISVs)

These ISVs got their start after Worldgroup 3.0 was released. Worldgroup 3 was the first PC release that supported the non-DOS 32-bit Windows operating systems, such as Windows NT. This removed the 16Mb memory restrictions of the DOS extended memory managers, and allowed for the greater performance and capacity of the Win32 platform. Unfortunately, this advance came late in Galacticomm's lifespan, and there were very few ISVs started during the early part of this era. Most of these ISVs started after the "end" of Galacticomm in the late 1990s.

Now with the advent of The Major BBS v10, we include ISVs that are actively managing and producing add-ons for that platform too!
